You must provide accurate information when requesting our services and ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained for drone operations on your property. Failure to do so may result in service delays or cancellations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis. Full payment is required as outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in a request for full payment or legal proceedings to recover the amount owed.

5. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. However, Vantage Imagery Limited reserves the right to retain any deposits and charge for work completed up to the date of termination. If termination is due to breach of contract by the client, full payment for the project may be required.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, arbitration will be pursued as a binding resolution. Legal action will be considered only as a last resort.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and data provided by Vantage Imagery Limited remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Liability Limitation

Vantage Imagery Limited is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data. Clients are advised to ensure adequate insurance coverage.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms will be held in the courts of Northern Ireland.
